What we do

Beyond Subsistence is a non-profit organisation that undertakes forestry and agroforestry development. Our primary focus is Africa, however support is considered in any developing country or among any people groups living in poverty. Our work is undertaken primarily through volunteer professional forest and agricultural scientists.

For cultural and practical reasons, Beyond Subsistence prefers to work in partnerships with existing aid organizations in the country of need.
